We are a small but experienced architectural practice based in the Northwest, offering a friendly, flexible and low cost professional service to home-owners and the small business sector. We have over 30 years of experience with commercial, community & private clients, on a broad variety of commercial and residential work, including new house design, and contemporary and traditional house extensions and renovations. We operate over a wide geographical area throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Our company ethos is centred on enjoying our passion for good architecture, whilst creating buildings that deliver on client’s expectations, in harmony with their surroundings and the environment. We approach each project with the clear objective to deliver a professional service and provide that all important attention to detail. We listen to our clients and design buildings that meet the operational needs of a business or fulfil the pleasure of living in a bespoke home.
THE ENVIRONMENT
The construction and use of buildings has a huge impact on the environment and together with our clients we have a responsibility to build as sustainably as possible. It is a continual process of development and learning to keep abreast of the ever immerging new technologies and new building techniques. Building Standards and legislation are imposing higher performance levels. We develop practical solutions to comply and higher specification designs to fulfil the growing demand to achieve even greater efficiencies for our clients.

We prepare plans from simple extensions, through to full architectural services for complex multi-million pound projects. Our experience over the last 30+ years has encompassed most building sectors including; housing, retail, education, industrial, hotels, leisure and more.
In today’s current economic climate the construction industry is very unpredictable, with many Architects and design companies finding they have periods of quietness followed by bursts of intense work load. We offer “Freelance Architectural Services” to Architects and design companies, on a project by project basis, thus giving your practice the ability to take on work without fear of not being able to cope with the work load, choosing if and when you may require our assistance rather than being tied into a contract.
